About Stay

  • What amenities do you have?

    There are shared facilities such as humidifiers / electric kettles / clothing steamers, and rental items.
  • Do you have lockers for my luggage and valuables?
    Lockers are only available in our dormitory rooms. If you are staying in an individual room, please manage your cash, valuables, luggage, and other personal belongings by yourself. (We do not keep cash and valuables for you at the front desk.)
  • Is there a TV in the room?
    There are no TVs or DVDs in the rooms or facilities.
  • Can you keep my luggage?
    Yes, we can keep your luggage from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Are men allowed to stay?
    No, our hostel is only open to female lodgers.
    Please kindly understand Male staffs may enter the Accommodation floor for the purpose of making up Rooms, cleanings patroling and other urgent cases.
    Our café (1st floor) can be used by everybody.
  • Can I stay with my child?
    Children must be 6 years old when accompanied by a guardian.
  • Can I use credit cards, gift cards, or e-money?
    Yes, we accept various credit cards (Full payments only. Some credit cards may not be accepted). We also accept JCB PREMO gift cards. We do not accept e-money.
  • Is it okay if I arrive past the scheduled time?
    Please contact us (+8175-533-8500) when you arrive after 9:00 p.m.
    Entrance will be locked at 10:00 p.m.
  • Can I extend the check-out time?
    Up to 1 hour (departure from 11:00 to 12:00) will be charged 1,000 yen per room, and over 1 hour will be charged the full amount for one night.
  • Do you have a curfew?
    No, we don't have a curfew. You will need a card key to enter and exit our hostel. Please take your card key with you when going outside.
  • Are pets allowed to stay?
    No, pets are not allowed inside our facility. However, assistance dogs including guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs can stay with you.
  • Can I choose a room view or location?
    No, we don't offer a room designation service.
  • Do you have smoking rooms?
    The Hostel is a non-smoking facility.
  • Do you have a waiting list for room bookings?
    No, we don't have a waiting list system.
  • Is it free to cancel if public transportation stops due to a natural disaster?
    Cancellation fees are not charged only if public transportation goes out of service due to a typhoon, heavy rain, or other natural disaster.
  • Please tell me the cancellation fee.
    From 7 days to 4 days before the stay date 30% of the accommodation fee

    However, cancellation fees may not be charged only if the plane is canceled due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon or heavy rain, or if public transportation stops.
  • Can we still eat breakfast if we book a plan without breakfast?
    You can eat breakfast at 1st floor.

About Cafe

  • Can I use the café (1st floor) even if I'm not staying at the hostel?
    Yes, the café (1st floor) is open to everybody.
  • Can I bring food and drinks with me?
    All hostel guests can use cafe as free lounge from 7am to 10pm.
    Feel free to bring foods and beverages.
    ※Please refrain from eating and drinking on the beds in the guest rooms.
  • Can I go to the café in my nightwear and slippers?
    No, your nightwear and slippers can only be worn in the lodging area (2nd and 3rd floors).
  • Do you have smoking seats?
    All seats are non-smoking.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes, you can use Wi-Fi throughout our property.
  • Do you have a laundry machine?
    Yes, we have a coin-operated laundry machine (washer and dryer).
  • Is there a refrigerator?
    There is no refrigerator in the room, but please use it as it is prepared in the common space.
  • Can I send packages from the hostel?
    No, we don't have a parcel delivery service.
  • Are there any convenience stores or drugstores nearby?
    Yes, they are within walking distance. Please ask our staff for directions.
